Design Changes

There have been some considerable design changes to the iPhone 13 series, including the smaller notch layout, which provides more screen space and a more immersive experience. The rear cameras have been switched to a diagonal formation instead of a vertical one. Along the sides of the phones, the power, ringer, and volume buttons have all been moved a bit farther down the device. All the devices are fortified with sturdy Ceramic Shield protection.

Camera & Video Enhancements

In addition to the new diagonal lens arrangement, there have been other improvements made to the iPhone 13 cameras. Images are now brighter and sharper due to the wide rear camera now gathering up to 47% more light than its predecessor. Also, the ultra-wide rear camera is capable of capturing up to 4X more scene coverage. The increased light intake also improves image quality taken in low-light conditions. If you want to set a certain mood with your photos, you can use the Photographic Styles feature to select from a variety of styles, including standard, warm, cool, vibrant, and rich contrast.

A new feature called Cinematic Mode now allows you to record video like a director with a range of options at your disposal. This feature incorporates impressive depth in your video footage as the camera automatically focuses on different aspects and objects in the frame based on what is happening. For example, if a person in the frame turns to talk to another person, the focus shifts automatically. The camera also uses what is called the Bokeh effect to deliver a cinematic quality of blur for out of focus background images for an aesthetically pleasing effect.
